He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter John and Eunice Koinzan (Wells); and his brother Duane Koinzan. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Koinzan of Elgin, NE; his children, Leigh Jean Koinzan (John L. Sullivan) of Plattsmouth, NE, Lynn Dale Koinzan of Elgin, NE and Alyssa Ann Koinzan of Gardner, KS; his grandchildren, Tonya Lee Funk (Kylee) of Clearwater, NE and Stephanie Lynn (Koinzan); his great grandchildren, Carson Michael Funk of Clearwater, NE and Sloane Olivia Pernicek of Omaha, NE; his sister Delpha Wheelock of Santa Rosa, CA; and his sister-in-law Mary Jean Koinzan of Elgin, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the United Methodist Church in Elgin.
