It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Buelt Jr. of Elgin, Nebraska, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Buelt and Mary Buelt (Heil); his wife Betty Ann; his daughter Beverly Ann Buelt; his son-in-law Dave Andersen; and his siblings, Wilfred Buelt, Raymond Buelt and Dorothy Dwyer (Buelt).
He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth Ann Stoltz (Betty); his daughters, Barbara Andersen of Norfolk, Karen Boyle (Ed) of Creighton and Marsha Stier (Kevin) of Norfolk; and his sister Mildred Grietens of Norfolk. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
A wake service will follow at 5:00 p. m. Current Covid-19 DHM's in effect, including social distancing, will be followed at the visitation. It would be appreciated by the family that all in attendance wear a mask.
