She was predeceased by: her parents, William Day and Nellie Day (Bergman); her husband Sylvester Bauer; her grandson Joshua Thramer; and her daughter-in-law Delores "Dodi" Bauer.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Merrifield (Jim) of Woodstock, IL, Don Bauer of Oakdale, NE, Al Bauer of Tulia, TX, Dwayne Bauer (Pam), Vicki Heese (Bob) of Stanton, NE, Joe Bauer (Carol) of Elgin, NE, RoseAnn Thramer of Omaha, NE, Tom Bauer (Tina) of Edwall, WA and Bob Bauer (Mary) of Elgin, NE. She is also survived by 36 grandchildren; 73 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
