He was predeceased by: his parents, George Walter and Lena Currie (Kruse); and his siblings, Irene, Ralph, Orin, Wayne, Marion and Lucille.
He is survived by: his son Brian Currie of Elgin, NE.; his son-in-law Ed Sprout; his grandchildren, Kyle (Meggan), Kevin (Jamie) and Carrie (Damon); and his brothers-in-law, Merland Clark of Kearney, NE. and Kenneth Clark.
