He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Uhrenholdt and Lillian Maxine Uhrenholdt (Nissen). He is survived by: his caregiver Rachel; his aunt Shirley Nissen of Elgin, NE; his brothers, Richard Uhrenholdt (Donna) of Elgin, NE and David Holdt (Sylvera) of Sarasota, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Heath Uhrenholdt of Elgin, NE, Adam Holdt (Susie) of Pensacola, FL, Alex Holdt (William) of Sarasota, FL, Carissa Thelander (Jeremy) of Lincoln, NE, Rachel Uhrenholdt of Elgin, NE, Sarah Somer (Bryce) of Sarasota, FL and Dana Pesendorfer (Mario) of Vienna, Austria. He is also survived by 7 great-nieces and nephews.
Dale's family asks that people send donations in Dale's honor to the League of Human Dignity, 1701 P St, Lincoln, NE 68508, an organization that was instrumental in ensuring Dale had more independence throughout his life.
