He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Schimek and Clara Alice Ingerle Schimek; and his brother Louis Charles. He is survived by: his brother Robert John; his wife DiAnna Rebman; his sons, Samuel and Saul; and his daughter-in-law Suzanne Grachek. He is also survived by wives, two nieces and two nephews, and many great and great-great nieces and nephews, many Ingerle cousins and children and grandchildren and great grandchildren.
