George Hamilton Obituary
In loving memory of George Hamilton of Elba, Nebraska, who departed this world on February 5, 2025 at the age of 87. George leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hamilton and Gladys Hamilton (Spicer); his wife Nancy Hamilton; his son Rick Hamilton; and his brothers, Russell, Gorden and Kenneth Hamilton.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Hamilton of Elba, Mark Hamilton (Trina) of Kearney, Sherryl Coufal (Garland) of Cotesfield, Susan Markvicka of St. Paul and Cindy Lopez of Elba; and his sisters, Dorothy Hamilton and Clara Jean Weber of Iowa. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jacobsen-Greenway-Dietz Funeral Home (411 O St, St Paul, NE 68873).
