He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Turnell and Cora Turnell (Holkan); and his sister Bonnie O'Neill. He is survived by: his sons, Ralph Turnell of Edison, NE and Charles Turnell of Oklahoma. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
