He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Nelsen and Helen Nelsen (Heine); his wife Carolyn; and his brother Marvin Nelsen. He is survived by: his children, Tanya Burianek (Joe) of Lincoln and Randy Trunkenbolz of Eagle; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Raastad (Dylen), Kyle, Kayden and Kaitlynn of Lincoln.
