It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry D. Delhay (Eagle, Nebraska), born in Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on May 2, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred M. Delhay and Dianah M. Delhay (Staberg); his siblings, Arnold, Alfred, Jr., Arling, Philip Delhay, Marguerite Barnes and Dorothy Koon; his mother-in-law Aura Shields; his daughter-in-law Lori Delhay; and his sister-in-law Leona Shields.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Philip (Deborah) of Beatrice, Douglas (Mary) of Eagle and Sherry Hofker (James) of Eagle; his grandchildren, Aaron (Lisa), Evan Delhay (Marisa), Jered (Alexis), Jordan (Molly), Jameson (Elizabeth) and Jessah Hofker; and his brothers-in-law, Roscoe Shields, Jr. of Lincoln and William Shields (Nancy) of Gladstone, MO..
