He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kouma and Mary Kouma (Nemec); and his siblings, Agnes Kunasek, Ernie, Tony, Albin, James, Emil and Ed Kouma.
He is survived by: his sister Gladys Blatny of Brainard; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Kouma of Omaha and Darlene Kouma of Seward. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
