He is survived by: his sons, John Berghuis (Jodi) and Curtis Berghuis; his grandchildren, Breanna Berghuis, Nathaniel Berghuis (Ashley), Stephanie Offutt (Aaron), Nick Berghuis, Brandon Berghuis (Shelby), Samantha Berghuis, Santanna Berghuis and Skylar Berghuis; his great grandchildren, Briana, Aubree, Trenton, Mayleigh and Paityn; and his sisters, Ellen Pierce and Marsha Blom (Earl). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
