He is survived by: his children, Mary Jo Roth (Randy), Joe Soukup (Shelly), Annette Cornelison (Isaac), Deb Hayek (Matt) and Kristy Peterson (Fred); his grandchildren, Steven Roth, Lydia Roth and Christopher (Jessica Hansen); his great grandchildren, Charlotte Jo, Justin Hansen, Jordan Hansen, Isaac Cornelison, Samantha Hayek, Saratoga Hayek, Cheyenne Hayek, Thunder Hayek, Chelsey Kosmicki, Jake Soukup, Nick Wegner, Sidney Soukup, Madison Soukup and Reese Soukup; and his sisters, Eileen Soukup and Pam Pleskac. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
