She was predeceased by: her parents, John Norman and Helen Norman (Marsh); her children, Tina Payne and Keith Wotring; her siblings, Joseph, Gerard Norman, Mary McGuire and Rose Stroud; and her great grandchild Emma Payne.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Marvin Wotring; her children, Teresa Beatty (Michael) of Beaver Crossing, NE, Robert Payne (Kelli) of St. Mary, GA, Frederick Payne (Mi Suk) of Bellevue, NE, Larry Payne (Lois) of Seward, NE, Ronald Wotring Jr. of La Mesa, CA and Annie Axtt (Ray); and her siblings, Fred Norman (Suzy) of St. Johns, Newfoundland, Kevin Norman (Marg) of St. Johns, Newfoundland, Patricia Casey of St. Johns, Newfoundland, Patrick Norman (Janet) of St. Johns, Newfoundland and Bernard Norman (Judy) of St. Johns, Newfoundland. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
