She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Winkenwerder and Amelia Winkenwerder (Miller); her husband Jim Roseberry of Dunning; her daughter Mari of Dunning; her foster son Monte Dill; her grandson Cole Roseberry; her son Monte Dill; her close friends, Ina Coffman, Lex Ann Simonson and Phyllis Saner; her children, Dave of Kearney, Amy Schweitzer (Stephen) of Kearney and Marta Odegard (Tim) of St. Paul, MN; her grandchildren, Ty (Gina Brokke), Cash Roseberry, Bret Schweitzer, Evan, Marcos, Maria and Nicolas Odegard; and her sister Edith Phetteplace (Maggie). She was also cherished by her parents, and 12 siblings, several nieces, nephews.

Dotty was a faithful supporter of many causes and charities close to her heart, so as a memorial we ask that you donate to your favorite cause.
