He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Adkisson; and his grandparents, Oscar, Laura Adkisson, Adam and Victoria Stempek.
He is survived by: his mother Karen Stempek Adkisson Terry of Columbus; his siblings, Michele Adkisson of Lincoln, Jon Adkisson of Bedford, Texas and Ryan Adkisson (Jana) of Des Moines, Iowa; his nieces and nephews, Brittney, Trey and Ivy; and his great-nephew Jordan.
