He is survived by: his wife Connie Stempek of Duncan; his sons, Troy Stempek of Omaha and Trent Stempek (Shelley) of Duncan; his grandson Travis Stempek (Staci) of Duncan; his son Tyler Stempek of Columbus; and his sister Karen Terry of Columbus.
