He is survived by: his parents, Renee Konwinski of Women's Hospital and DJ; his sisters, Rylyn Hemenway, Harper and Bentley Donoghue; his grandparents, David, Kelly Konwinski of Fullerton and Tracy Donoghue of Duncan; his great-grandparents, Bob and Bernie Slusarski of Duncan; and his aunts, Jenna Konwinski, Melany Donoghue and Sally Donoghue.
