He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slusarski and Mary Slusarski (Maslonka); his siblings, Ted, Rudy, Lonnie Slusarski, Emilia Micek, Cecelia Slusarski and Stephanie Small; his siblings-in-law, Alphons Micek, Leonard Small, Marcella, Irene, Marjorie and Tessie Slusarski; his nieces and nephews, Michael Small, Donald Slusarski, Raphael Micek, Jean Wilson and Janice Hueschen; his great-niece Rachel Micek; his great-nephew Kent Hueschen; and also Archie Small.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marion Slusarski, Francis Slusarski (Donna) of Columbus, John Stevens (Sandy) of Elmhurst, IL and Roseria of Colorado Springs, CO; and his sister-in-law Minnie Slusarski of Denver, CO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made for Masses, wishes of the family, or to St. Stanislaus Church.
