He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stopak and Helene Stopak (Cuba); his siblings, Louis (Virginia Stopak), Edward (Elaine Stopak), Richard Stopak, Jerry Stopak and Pat Kush; his brothers-in-law, Joe (Kathy Liss), Fred Liss and Larry (Jane Liss); and his in-laws, Joseph and Dorothy Liss.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis (Liss); his son Doug; his daughter-in-law Lori Stopak; his daughter Paula; his son-in-law Ron Lueschen; his daughter Keri; his son-in-law Aaron Klusmire; his grandchildren, Justin, Rose Stamm, Alex, Haley Haefner, Joey Stamm, Brooke Richards, Avery and Josie Klusmire; his sister JoAnn (Dennis Kelly); his siblings-in-law, Ray Kush, Pat Stopak, Patricia Triba and Shari Liss; and his nephews, Kraig Stopak and Keith Liss.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Stanislaus Church.
