He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Straw and Gladys A. Straw (Eirls); his siblings, Carl Duane Straw, Norma Cope and Harriett Gilliland; and his siblings-in-law, Don Cope, Dean Taylor, Kenneth Anderson and Sandra Straw.
He is survived by: his former wife Alma Lee Winget Wood; his wife Lee Straw of Dunbar, NE; his children, Debra Doty (Michael) of Dunbar, NE, Jeffery Straw (Lori) of Waco, TX and Gregory Straw (Cheryl) of LaVista, NE; and his siblings, Judy Anderson of Dunbar, NE and Richard Straw of Nebr. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Tabitha Hospice or the Dunbar Presbyterian Church.
