He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Kaspar and Helen Kaspar (Cerny); his siblings, Alan Kaspar and Jane Swanson; and his niece Sonja Bartsch.
He is survived by: his aunt Darlene Cerny; his nieces, Shari Lewis, Kim Kaspar and Penny Veprovsky (Gary); his nephew Joe Kaspar (Deana); his brother-in-law Dale Swanson; his nephews, Eric Bartsch, Steve Swanson (Michelle) and Samuel; and his close friend Emmy Boden. He is also survived by many cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews, other family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to a local or veteran's organization in recognition of Larry's civic spirit.
