He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Frances Spacek (Harry), Ron Sehnert (Mary Ann) and Ken Hopper. He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Axline and Mary Axline (Britton); his spouse Marlene Sehnert; his children, Catherine Nitzel of Lincoln and James of Dorchester; his grandchildren, Reba Cooksley (Hadley), Josh Nitzel and Jonathan Axline; his great grandchild Caden Axline; his brother Harold Axline (Sharon) of Dorchester; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Sehnert (Gerry) of Dorchester and Jane Hopper of Omaha; and also Tina of Dorchester.
In lieu of flowers, memorials shall be given to the Dorchester Volunteer Fire Department.
