He was predeceased by: his parents, Soren Hansen and Marie Hansen; his former wife Celia Grace Ellyson; and his siblings, Lily Marion Ellyson, Elin Powers and George Hansen.
He is survived by: his wife Harriet A. Johnsen of Wayne; and his children, Kathy Carr (Joe) of Townsend, MT, Laura Sullivan (Randy) of Martinsburg, David Hansen of Newcastle, Carol Bernardy (Dean) of Bloomfield and Jeanne Kneifl (Randy) of Newcastle. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
