He was predeceased by: his parents, George Forsyth and Erma Forsyth (Biesecker); his brother John Marshall Forsyth; and his granddaughter Rebekka Jean Forsyth. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Forsyth of Dix, NE; his children, David (Bobbi Forsyth) of Las Vegas, NV, Julie (Tim Clark) of Brighton, CO, Eugene (Abril Forsyth) of Northglenn, CO and Dwayne (Sarah Forsyth) of Brighton, CO; his sisters, Nancy Miller of Kimball and Peggy Bunsen (Al Crom) of Cheyenne, WY; his grandchildren, Jonathan (Jennifer Forsyth), Andres Anchondo, Brittany Clark, Avi Anchondo, Falan Forsyth and Farrah Forsyth; and his great grandchild Ashley Forsyth.
Memorials may be given in Frank's memory to the VFW of Kimball, Lion's Club of Bushnell, or other benevolent organization of your choice.
