She was predeceased by: her mother Marie Svitak, Sr. (Borsky); her husband George Vrtatko; her father Stanley Sr. Svitak; her grandson Michael Vrtatko; and her daughter-in-law Christina Vrtatko (Stahla).
She is survived by: her sons, James Vrtatko of Dix, NE. and Rodney Vrtatko of Banner County, NE; her siblings, Stanley Svitak (Betty), Alice Ulrich (Leroy) and Mildred Choat; and her grandchildren, Trustin Vrtatko (Rachael) and Jonathan Vrtatko. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
