He is survived by: his father Wayne Schultis of Fairbury; his children, Justin (Heather Furrow) of Fairbury, Jessa of Lincoln, Katie of Omaha and Adam of Kearney; his wife Lisa Schultis; his sister Amy Fachman (Mike) of Fremont; his grandchildren, Elle and Bennett Schultis of Fairbury; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Pollman of Wymore, Debra Jaros (Ed) of Wymore, Julie Kavanaugh (Jim) of Greeley, CO, Mark Pollman (Shelley) of Wymore and Roger A. Pollman (Pam) of Fairbury. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
