He is survived by: his wife Jamie; his mother Sharyl Friesen of DeWitt; his sons, Michael Friesen Jr. of DeWitt, Alec Friesen of DeWitt and Aden Friesen of DeWitt; and his brothers, Scott Friesen of DeWitt, Brian Friesen (Tammy) of Beatrice and Matthew Friesen (Meighen) of Bellevue, NE. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and cousins.
A memorial has been established to the family's choice with the funeral home in charge.
