She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Schardt and Emilie Schardt (Albrecht); her siblings, Edgar (Vera), Paul (Grace), Leonard (Alice), Irma Ohlrich (Lawrence), Lorine Rupprecht (Reuben), Emily Siebenneicher (Wayne) and Valora Wurtz (Herman); her siblings-in-law, Lawrence Ritterling, Delmar Eickmann, Norman Holtzen, Harold Holtzen (Lenora) and Elda Heitmann (Orvil); and her daughter-in-law Margie Holtzen.
She is survived by: her sisters, Florence Eickmann and Frances Ritterling; and her children, Rod Holtzen, Dale Holtzen (Ramona) and Barb Bedke (Jeff). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
