She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Troester and Gertrude Troester (Medow); her husband Dwayne 'Bud Rehrs; her son Murray Rehrs; and her brothers, Melvin Troester and Omer Troester.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Rehrs (Geri) of Omaha and Myra Schardt (Ryan) of Byron; her daughter-in-law Donna Jensen of Aurora; her grandchildren, Erin Bass (Trent) of Bennington, Jodi Jefferson (David) of Papillion, Stacey Hansen (Cris) of Omaha, Justin Schardt (Linsey) of Beatrice, Sarah Reher (Josh) of Grand Island and Jeff Rehrs (Megan) of Aurora; and her great grandchildren, Madeline, Parker Bass, Peyton, Lincoln, Charlie Jefferson, Riley, Graham Schardt, Emma, Cole, Dylan Reher and Jace Rehrs. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Lutheran Homes in Watertown, Wisconsin, the American Heart Institution or for the benefit of diabetics.
