She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryan Farrens and Ella Farrens (Deman); her former husband Harold John Dye; her brothers, Harlan Farrens (Hazel) and Wibur Farrens (Alyce Don); and her grandson Brent Harold Dye.
She is survived by: her husband John Siemonsma; and her sons, David Dye (Renee) and Steven Dye (Debbie). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
