He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Spurgin-Frawley of Dawson, NE; his children, Rick Frawley (Barb) of Morrisville, NY, John Spurgin of Dawson, NE, Mara Manzer (Tim) of Auburn, NE, Jesse Spurgin of Auburn, NE and Becky Carpenter (Ben) of Phoenix, AZ; his sister Kathy Frawley of Atlanta, GA; and his sister-in-law Tina Frawley of Hamilton, NY. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family's choice with a later designation.
