He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kozisek and Rose Kozisek (Husak); his son Bill Jr.; and his brother LaVern Kozisek. He is survived by: his wife Betty Hunt of David City; his children, Pam Kozisek of Columbus, Tish Mispagel (Tom) of David City and Mike Kozisek (Patty) of David City; and his siblings, Maxine Bredhal of Columbus and Gene Kozisek of Missouri. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
