She is survived by: her mother Patricia Kouba (Pat) of David City; her daughters, Amber Lynn Kouba of Texas and Ashley Ann Rountree (Allen Meyers) of York; her brothers, Emil D. "Doug" Kouba of David City, James P. Kouba (Rita) of Bruno and Daniel T. Kouba of David City; and her grandchildren, Arianna, Mya, Lilah, Elijah Flores, Alayna and Nevaeh Rountree.
