He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Kobza and Marie Kobza (Bartak); his grandson Adam Kobza; and his siblings, Dan Kobza, Carm Malone, Marie Geiger, Ramona Abbot and Joan Bock.
He is survived by: his former wife Patsy Novak; his wife Pat; his children, Vicki Kobza of Prague, Mark Kobza (Jill) of Bellwood, Nick Kobza (Michelle) of David City, Becky Junck (Jeremy) of Bellwood and Mitch Kobza (Sarah) of Wentzville, MO.; and his brother Leroy Kobza of Duncan. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 9 Great-grandchildren.
