She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Vasina and Marie Vasina (Kasparek); and her brother-in-law Chuck Stuart. She is survived by: her husband Don of Luke's United Methodist Church; her son Mark Taylor (Patti); her grandchildren, Delaney and Daniel; her daughters, Michelle Robins (Jess) of Omaha and Jessica Samek (Tyler) of David City; and her siblings, Gwen Stuart, Mike Vasina (Shirley) and John Vasina (Carol). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Luke's United Methodist Church (620 D St, David City, NE 68632). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM and from 11:15 AM to 1:00 PM. A burial was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the David City Cemetery (1313 Rd 34, David City, NE 68632).
