She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest C. Mack and Ruth Mack (Root); and her husband William Havlovic. She is survived by: her sons, Ron (Marcia) of Phoenix, AZ, Brian (Mary C.) of Waverly, NE and Patrick (Misty) of David City, NE.; and her grandchildren, Owen, Brennan, Caleb, Jonathan, Francis, Daniel, Christopher, Kendra and Kason Havlovic. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
