She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Kohn and Anna Kohn; her husband Eugene Grubaugh; her daughter Mary Ann Day (Paul); and her brothers, Joseph and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Perry of David City, Jeannie Ienn (Steve) of Columbus, Ken Grubaugh of Howell, MI, Paul Grubaugh (Deb) of Platte Center, Carey (Tonya) of Platte Center, Corey Grubaugh (Stacey) of Columbus and Tom Grubaugh (Kim) of David City; her siblings, Anna Marie Still, Bernard, Eugene and Arthur Kohn; and her sister-in-law Irene Anderson. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great children.
