He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Jean Bilney, Bonita La Fave, Robert Meikle and Lynn Meikle; his daughters, Sheri Rose and Patricia Fairchild; his grandson David Slifka (Kristi); and his great grandchild James Anthony Slifka. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
