It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert M. Papa (David City, Nebraska), who passed away on June 30, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Phyllis Stout, Margaret Papa, Dorothy Papa and Kenneth Papa; and his brother-in-law Elmer Stout.
He is survived by: his wife Verna "Jeanie" of David City; his sons, Terry (Karen) of Linwood and Ron (Shelley) of David City; his siblings, John Papa (Mavis) of David City and Ruthie Gallant (Bud) of Colorado; his sister-in-law Libby Papa of Georgia; his grandchildren, Molly Parsons (Michael), Tyler Papa, Josh Papa, Kelsey Papa and Dustin Papa; his great grandchildren, Beau Parsons and Tyke Parsons; and also Garrison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
