She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. Coufal and Lillian Coufal (Rejda); and her siblings, Adeline Coufal, Lillian Meduna (George) and Richard Coufal.

She is survived by: her siblings, Ted Coufal of Brainard, Florence Kobza (Gilbert) of Seward and Sally Vandenberg of Brainard; and her siblings-in-law, Marcy Coufal of Seward, Ernest Vandenberg, John Bartunek and Evelyn Coufal. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
