He is survived by: his wife Wilma of David City; his children, Deb Birkel (Ed) of Lincoln and Mike DeWispelare (Betty) of David City; his siblings, Eva Kadavy of Fremont and Ed DeWispelare (Kim) of Valley; his grandson Todd DeWispelare (Kandi); his children, Camden, Collyn, Kenzie, Troy DeWispelare (Nicole), Ella, Jason DeWispelare (Kristin), Riley, Kallan and Blake DeWispelare (Andrea); his grandchildren, Hannah, Halle and Mason; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy DeWispelare of David City, Marge Vanis of Rising City, Bernice Vanis of Lincoln and Kathy DeWispelare of Denver.
