He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Howe and Irene Howe (Shaver); his sibling Shirley Fenning of Arcadia, CA; his half-brother LaVerne Bearden-Howe; his siblings, Terry Howe and Norma Kovar (Lawerence); and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Rea (Ronald) and Ronald Rejda.
He is survived by: his wife Marci Howe; his children, Jeff Howe of David City, Sandy Hoeft (Scott) of David City, Randy Howe (Michelle) of Omaha and Michelle Clary (Don) of David City; his grandchildren, Jessica Howe of Omaha, Danielle Siwirski (Ron) of Omaha, Megan Worm (Derek) of David City, Broderick Hoeft of David City, Robin Howe of Omaha, Morgan Hoeft of David City, Lauren Hoeft of David City, Katherine Howe of Omaha, Madison Hoeft of David City and Annabelle Clary of David City; his great grandchildren, Isaiah Howe, Roman Siwirski, Layton Worm and Rylee Siwirski; his brothers, James Howe (Rita) of Eagle and Robert Howe of Kansas City, MO; and his parents-in-law, Frank and Clara Rejda. He is also survived by son-in-law, grandson, and four granddaughters.
