He is survived by: his son David Lee Rogers Jr.; his wife Kathie Rogers; his siblings, Linda Hlavac and Scott Rogers (Christi); his grandchildren, Mike and Lily Rogers; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Rogers and Doris Rogers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
