She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hunt and Mary Hunt (Kadavy); her husband Bill; her son Billy Kozisek, Jr.; her siblings, Darlene Diekmann and Donny Hunt; and her brothers-in-law, Terry Vavrina, Roger Bredhal and Lavern Kozisek.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Kozisek (Patty), Pam Kozisek of Columbus and Tish Mispagel (Tom); her sister Dorothy Vavrina of Abie; and her sister-in-law Maxine Bredhal of Columbus. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
