She is survived by: her children, Larry (Kathy Dvorak), Delores Strizek and Beverly Kliment; her daughter-in-law Louise Dvorak; and her sisters-in-law, Rose Bohac, Mae Pernicek and Oley Dvorak. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
