He was predeceased by: his parents, John Keim and Mildred Keim (Marshall); his grandfather Henry Keim; his wife Georgia Keim; and his siblings-in-law, Wanda Tegtmeier and Oscar Tegtmeier of Davenport.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia and David Keim (Janice); his granddaughter Dona Keim; his great grandchild Briella Keim of Sutton, NE; his children, Kathy Keim of Bartlesville, OK and James Keim (Christi); his grandchildren, Mason and Ava Keim of Lincoln, NE; his daughter Trish Thorell (Mike Thorell); his granddaughters, Elin and Olivia Thorell of Omaha, NE; his sisters, Margaret Keim of Lincoln and Betty Keim of Yonkers; and his sister-in-law Helen Garrels (Dennis Garrels) of Grand Island, NE.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Out of respect for Joe's wishes, the family requests family and close friends who attend to observe social distancing guidelines and wear masks.
