He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frear and Shirley Frear (Strickland); and his sister Janet Frear. He is survived by: his siblings, Roger (Jackie Frear), Ken (Nancy Frear), Rod Frear of Lincoln, NE and Pamela Frear-Otalora; his brother-in-law Edgar Otalora of Moody, Alabama; his uncle Jack Frear of Oxford; and his nieces and nephews, Eric, Tara Frear, Kaitlin, Kassidy, Trenton Simmons, Ashley Gerhardt, Peyton Frear, Madison and Cooper Otalora.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the NRA, Pheasants Forever, or Ducks Unlimited.
