He is survived by: his children, Brian Church of Dakota City, NE and Angela; his grandchildren, Taylor, Kelsey and Nick Schmith; his sisters, Jackie Boden of Sterling, NE, Judy and Dave Burhoop of Bancroft, NE; and also Briann Church. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
