It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Swick of Dakota City, Nebraska, who passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldo Messerlie and Minnie "Ditty" Messerlie (Swartz); her grandson Jeffrey Swick; and her brothers, Russ Messerlie and Walt.
She is survived by: her husband John S. Swick; her children, John A. Swick (Dawn), Debra Thoene (Mark), Tony Swick (Jennifer) and Troy Swick (Angie); and her sisters, Jeanette Ramirez (Lynn Lundeen) and Sandy Hulit. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
